Tafach! Qonjo!

Ethiopian feast tonight: Injera (sourdough flatbread), Shiro Wat (red lentil stew), Doro Wat (spicy chicken stew), Tibs (beef and onion stir fry), Eyb (crumbled white cheese) and some Tej (honey mead) to go with.

 And our Ethiopian princess!

Do you know what Ethiopians do with the leftovers? Mix them all together and call it "fit-fit" :) Yum!

Then, a not-so-Ethiopian dessert.

  1. Yummy! As a gluten free household we love teff in our bread dough. I would love ingera!! :)
